This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Won Legal Group LLC ("we" or "our" or "us) collects and uses PII obtained through this website (www.wonlegalgroup.com), and other websites owned or operated by us (collectively referred to as "Sites").
I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND MAINTAIN
We collect and receive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from a variety of sources and in a variety of ways. For example, we may collect PII about individuals associated with our clients, prospective clients, and other contacts. We may collect PII about other individuals while providing legal services, such as adverse parties, experts, and witnesses. In some instances, PII may be provided voluntarily by you, for example, when submitting forms or scheduling consultations.
PII may include, but is not limited to, your name, title, company, e-mail address, physical address, and phone number.
In some instances, an internet protocol (IP) address associated with devices accessing our Sites may be collected. We do not use IP addresses to identify individuals accessing our Sites, or to associate the IP address with any PII. Similarly, other information, such as device information, browser information, operating system information, geographic location, and time spent on specific pages may be tracked.
II. USES OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use PII for various purposes including:
To provide legal and other related services for administering our business, such as representing clients in legal matters, performing conflicts checks, and processing payments.
To respond to inquiries or other requests submitted through the Sites, for example, in scheduling a consultation, appointment, event, or meeting;
To process and evaluate submitted materials, such as a resume or other documents, as part of an online job application;
To evaluate the performance, functionality, and effectiveness of the Sites, including collecting and evaluating website analytics;

Parties and legal representatives relevant to our clients' legal matters, such as opposing counsel, co-counsel, courts and government bodies, insurance companies and their representatives, medical providers, and experts;
With our and our clients’ service providers, such as auditors, translators, accountants, and insurers; and
Any other parties with your consent.
IV. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
When you visit the Sites, we may place, or authorize third parties to place, a cookie on your computer or device. Cookies are small files of information that are stored on your computer or device used to gather information about traffic on our Sites.

V. CHILDRENS PRIVACY
Our Sites are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 16.
VI. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) applies to our processing of your personal information. This section does not apply to any matters exempted from the CCPA during the period of exemption.
We may have collected the following categories of Personal Information listed in the CCPA in the preceding 12 months: (i) identifiers; (ii) telephone number, insurance policy number, education, employment, bank, credit card number or other financial information and medical information; (iii) protected classification information; (iv) commercial information; (v) internet and electronic network activity; (vi) professional, educational, and employment information; (vii) and other categories of personal information that relate to or may otherwise reasonably be associated with you.
We collect PII from the sources listed in Section I. We use PII for the business and commercial purposes listed in Section II. We may disclose PII with third parties listed in Section III.
If you are a CA resident, you may make requests under the CCPA for information about our disclosures in the prior calendar year, if any.
Requests may include: (a) categories of your Personal Information we collected; (b) categories of sources of your Personal Information; (c) business or commercial purposes for collecting your Personal Information; (d) categories of third parties with whom we shared your Personal Information; and (e) specific pieces of your Personal Information we collected. We are not required to provide this information to the same person more than twice within a 12-month period.
You may submit CCPA requests by contacting us at hello@wonlegalgroup.com with the subject line "CCPA REQUEST." You will be required to provide us with information sufficient to verify your identity before we respond to any requests (such as a copy of your driver's license, or similar forms of identification). We may refuse your request if we are unable to verify your identity or suspect fraudulent or malicious activity. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
VII. US DATA PROCESSING
Won Legal Group LLC is organized in the United States, and any information that you provide to us, including PII, will be stored and processed in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be advised that data protection and related laws may not be as comprehensive as in the jurisdiction from which you access our Sites.
VIII. EU PRIVACY NOTICE
If you are a resident of the EU, the GDPR provides certain rights for those individuals. These rights include to: (1) confirm of whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed; (2) obtain copies of your personal data being processed; (3) obtain information regarding the purposes of processing, categories of personal data processed, recipients of personal data, retention period, the existence of automated decision making; (4) rectify, erase, restrict processing, or object to processing of personal data; and (5) raise a concern with a supervisory authority of your EU state of residence.
IX. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We will only retain your information for as long as necessary fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including rendering of an services, or to comply with legal requirements.
Reasonable administrative and technological measures to protect your information from loss, theft, or other unauthorized use are taken. We cannot guarantee that these measures will protect against the loss or misuse of your information. We cannot guarantee that transmission of your information will be fully secure and that third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. We assume no liability for such unauthorized disclosures beyond our control.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Use of these links takes you away from our Sites at your own risk. We are not responsible for any third-party websites, or any content hosted on third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of other sites.
